Elva Zhang, a Grade 11 student at Burnaby Central Secondary School, joined EMGirls with a passion and goal to help other young girls gain access to connections, opportunities and mentors in the business world. By being part of a supportive community where young women can confidently express themselves, she hopes to bridge the gender gap and inspire more young women to excel in business

Nicole Rong, a Grade 11 student at Burnaby Central Secondary School, joined EMGirls to turn her passion for business into meaningful action.  EMGirls empowers young women by providing skills, mentors, and connections, creating a community where we can support and inspire one another. Through this nonprofit , shes committed to creating a more inclusive and balanced community in the business world.

Isabella Liao

Club Co-President | Moscrop Secondary

Isabella Liao, a grade 11 at Moscrop Secondary, joined EMGirls because she wanted to connect with a community that supports and empowers girls like her to confidently pursue big goals in business and leadership. She’s gained so much insight into university applications and career opportunities—it’s been a game-changer for her. It inspired her to bring that same supportive network to others at Moscrop!

Kristen Feng

Club Co-President | Moscrop Secondary

Kristen Feng, a Grade 10 student at Moscrop Secondary, has been interested in business for some time. She first heard about EMGirls through social media and was drawn to the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and expand her business opportunities. By joining EMGirls, Kristen is excited to collaborate with others who share her passion and vision, and looks forward to growing alongside a supportive community of young women in business.
