Ashlee Chou

Executive Director

Ashlee is a Grade 12 student attending Windermere Secondary, and is proud to be the Co-Executive Director of EMGirls Vancouver for the 2026-2027 year. Ashlee initially joined EMGirls as an Intern to learn more about the business world. Through her passion for marketing, Ashlee was Director of Marketing for EMGirls last year, and is grateful for those experiences that taught her valuable lessons on how to take initiative, lead with passion and empathy, and collaborate with new individuals. This year, Ashlee is continuing to hone in on these skills through taking on the Co-Executive Director position! Aside from working with EMGirls, Ashlee enjoys watching movies, going out with friends, attending concerts, painting, and connecting with new people. This year, Ashlee is excited to work with like-minded, hardworking individuals of the EMGirls team to help contribute to  a supportive and safe community for young women to feel confident in who they are and empowered to take on new experiences!
