Outreach Director

Athena is a grade 12 student at Burnaby North Secondary who is excited to serve as the Director of Outreach in the EMGirls Executive Team for the 2025-2026 year. With a deep passion for leadership, community engagement, and youth empowerment, Athena joined EMGirls to help create a space where young women feel confident pursuing their goals. Her drive stems from her experiences in public speaking, student mentorship, and volunteering in local organizations. Outside of EMGirls, Athena enjoys meeting new people, spending time with friends and family as well as devoting time to help the less fortunate. Athena is excited to help cultivate a supportive environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and meaningful connections amongst young women. She looks forward to making an impact with EMGirls and helping others grow into their full potential.
