Mentorship Program
This program pairs high school girls to women studying business in university. Through one-on-one guidance, participants will gain knowledge on university life-style, scholarships, business careers, and insightful advice.

Internship Program
The EMGirls Vancouver internship gives you hands-on experience in Finance, Marketing, and Operations while making a difference in the community. You’ll rotate through departments over three months, gaining a well-rounded skill set and a deeper understanding of business.
You’ll also get to work in a supportive, inclusive environment that’s focused on empowering women and bridging the gender gap. Plus, you’ll build connections with students, community leaders, and women in leadership, opening doors for future opportunities. It’s a great way to grow your skills, make an impact, and kickstart your career.
