Mandy Ji

Finance Director

Mandy is a Grade 11 student attending Burnaby Mountain Secondary School and is thrilled to be the Director of Finance of EMGirls Vancouver for the 2026–2027 year. After joining EMGirls as a Marketing Coordinator last year, she was inspired by the organization’s mission and the overall impact that a supportive community can have on young women’s confidence and leadership. This year, Mandy hopes to bring a strategic approach to EMGirls’ financial operations through exploring new fundraising and sponsorship opportunities, ensuring that the organization can continue expanding its initiatives and reach more young women. She is especially excited to use her interest and knowledge in business to make EMGirls’ programs more sustainable while working closely with other members of the executive team to turn new ideas into a reality. Outside of EMGirls, Mandy enjoys Chinese brush painting and attending K-pop concerts. She looks forward to approaching new challenges and contributing her ideas and skills to the EMGirls team in order to help build an organization where young women feel empowered to take initiative, pursue their interests, and grow as leaders.
