Shelley Luo

Executive Director

Shelley is a grade 12 student at Moscrop Secondary and will be serving as the Executive Director of EMGirls Vancouver for 2025-2026. Having been actively involved with EMGirls last year, she discovered a passion for mentorship and the joy of helping young women explore their own interests and ambitions. This experience has inspired her to continue building a community that empowers youth. Creativity is also central to who she is, whether bringing imaginary characters to life through ceramics and crafts, or unlocking new parts of the world. In her free time, Shelley enjoys playing FPS games, badminton, and even the occasional game of “guess the price” while shopping. As part of the executive team, Shelley is excited to create meaningful opportunities that inspires girls to pursue their passions in business and beyond with confidence.
